Qualifications

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end due diligence for private markets.
Experience with ESG/impact investing is preferred.
Ability to conduct financial, strategic and impact analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive research and due diligence on private fund managers and investment opportunities in Canada and international markets.
Assess investments across financial, operational, strategic and impact dimensions.
Develop and monitor investment KPIs including financial and impact measures.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and external partners to translate research into actionable recommendations.
Communicate complex investment concepts clearly to both professionals and non-specialists.
