Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in market research or related field.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and report writing experience.
• Experience managing research projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with research tools; AI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and ensure alignment of research objectives.
• Manage research projects end-to-end with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation.
• Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear and actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the development of proposals (RFPs), including research design inputs, questionnaire development, and supporting materials.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project, including data validation and final deliverables.
