Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant for SaaS in Canada. This remote role blends sales, engineering, and consulting to translate business needs into integrated SaaS solutions.

You will design proofs of concept, guide customers through technical demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, and Delivery teams to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Strong consulting with SaaS and API knowledge.
• Experience with Java, Groovy, REST, SOAP, GraphQL.
• Translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Clear, client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• Proactive problem solving.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative across functions.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• HR data integrations or HR systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions addressing client requirements and SaaS integration challenges.
• Create compelling proofs-of-concept demonstrations.
• Translate client needs into practical solution designs with SOW alignment.
• Partner with Sales to provide technical guidance and demos.
• Identify and solve technical challenges with deadlines in mind.
• Collaborate with Support, Success, and Delivery to share feedback and improve products.
• Explain concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are feasible, documented, scalable, and aligned with needs.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and responsiveness in sales cycles.
• Share knowledge and develop technical and consulting capabilities across the team.
