• University degree required; CFA/CIM/CFP/FCSI credentials preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience in asset/wealth management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; client-focused.
• Knowledge of capital markets and TD platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a territory of advisor clients and portfolio managers.
• Lead and mentor territory Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maximize distribution and client experience.
• Maintain regulatory awareness and manage co-op marketing processes.
