Job summary

SCOR in Toronto seeks a senior individual contributor to oversee reinsurance operations, data management, business analysis, and systems support. The role ensures data integrity, drives improvements, and partners with Operations, Finance, Actuarial and IT to deliver effective solutions.

You will lead data validation, administer client and reinsurance data, support system testing and BI reporting, mentor colleagues, and help optimize controls and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in life insurance, reinsurance ops, data mgmt, analytics.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and data processes.
• Advanced Excel and SQL with Tableau/Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
