As the Senior Recruiter at Capital One Canada, you play a pivotal role in recruitment. You are responsible for recruiting/sourcing technology and business professionals; Software Engineers, Product Managers, Business Analytics, Data Science, Process Manager and other roles that come your way. The associates you hire will lead teams or individually contribute to our company’s success. You take a creative approach to seeking out the best talent, employing innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our business clients and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. Your internal clients are very engaged in, and will be working closely with you to support the recruitment process. This role, and the associates you hire, will have a huge impact on helping Capital One Canada drive forward.
