Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, seeks a Senior Systems Integration Lead, Rail Systems, to join the North American Infrastructure group. You will lead systems engineering, integration and assurance on large-scale rail projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in rail and transit systems, a P.Eng. license, and a strong track record delivering railway projects from design through deployment. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package and competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional engineering (P.Eng.) license.
• 10+ years of progressive rail systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of US (FTA & FRA), CENELEC, and ISO rail delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Take leadership positions in project delivery of railway solutions.
• Provide technical design and implementation integration leadership.
• Interface with RAM, systems assurance and safety activities within the lifecycle.
• Mentor staff and consultants to ensure quality technical services.
• Manage lifecycle engineering activities, client relations and project profitability.
• Assist in pursuits and recruiting of staff in rail and rail systems areas.
