Job summary

Leading Traditional House Builder in Redhill is seeking a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term contract. Immediate start, high-volume residential projects, and a hands-on commercial focus on procurement, cost reporting and final accounts.

You must have COINS experience and 15+ years in traditional residential housebuilding (or a high-energy self-starter with deep residential exposure).

Qualifications

• COINS software proficiency is essential.
• Strong track record in traditional residential housebuilding.
• Availability for ASAP start and ability to handle high workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of traditional housebuilding developments from procurement through final accounts.
• Utilize COINS for cost reporting, sub-contractor payments, CVRs, procurement schedules and valuations.
• Procure sub-contract packages, negotiate terms and maintain relationships with supply chain partners.
• Conduct monthly cost-to-complete forecasts, budget reconciliations and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with site managers, technical teams and external consultants to protect profit margins.
