What will your typical day look like?

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects using appropriate tools.
• Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation testing techniques and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in QA automation tools and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of QA processes and methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team on a 1-year term. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products. The Senior QA Automation Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, create test plans, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
  
  

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
