Job summary

TD is seeking a senior QA professional in Toronto to lead end-to-end quality engineering for a modern enterprise data platform on Azure. The role focuses on governance, automation strategy, and release quality, with an emphasis on AI-driven testing to improve stability and efficiency.

The candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, define metrics, and drive enterprise-scale quality outcomes, leveraging Databricks, ADF, and cloud-native practices within Treasury Technology.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong academic background in software engineering or computer science.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in QA/testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve QA strategy, standards and governance across the platform.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for data platforms.
• Drive integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Establish data quality validation and control frameworks.
• Define and oversee quality KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI/GenAI to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Provide leadership across teams and influence delivery outcomes.
