Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Tester for a major Canadian insurer. This role will lead testing across Azure Synapse to Databricks migration, shape QA strategy, and ensure data quality during the transition. You will work onsite 2x/week across Toronto area sites and partner with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years QA/testing, Databricks and Guidewire experience, and a track record delivering comprehensive testing plans. Salesforce or similar CRM exposure is a plus.

Rate: $55-$60/hr

Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Tester for one of Canada's leading insurance companies. This individual will play a key role in a large-scale Azure Synapse to Databricks migration, leading testing efforts across multiple enterprise systems and ensuring data quality throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level QA experience, expertise in Databricks and Guidewire environments, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies while partnering closely with business stakeholders. This is a highly visible opportunity for a proactive testing professional to help establish QA best practices and drive successful project outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience
