In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes.
• Validate data completeness, transformation logic, and data integrity in source and target systems.
• Implement data validation automation for regression testing.
• Data Quality & Integrity Testing: Verify data consistency across different layers of data processing.
• Develop automated test scripts using SQL, Python, or other testing frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• Overall 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in handling ETL/DW Testing projects in the banking domain.
• Experience in data validation, data reconciliation, and testing data warehouses or data lakes.
• Ability to debug issues in ETL workflows and automation test scripts.
• Strong experience in Test Automation using Python and Selenium
• Experience testing with databases and using SQL.
• Expertise in using JIRA and any other test management tools like Quality Center / ALM.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins and Azure DevOps for executing automated tests.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
