Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions, Inc. is seeking skilled Python Backend Engineers to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems for financial platforms. The role focuses on API development, platform engineering, and system design with enterprise-grade security and reliability.

You'll design and maintain scalable services, create RESTful APIs, work across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, and contribute to reliability, observability, and performance improvements in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python backend development.
• Designing and developing REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI.
• Strong system design experience, including scalability, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Experience with platform engineering or building shared backend platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Canadian university or college.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
