Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality features and APIs for our core banking platform.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features within an agile development team.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to create scalable technical designs.
• Ensure performance optimization and reliability across distributed systems.
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
