Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead tender preparation and manage the process through contract signature. You will collaborate with the Sales and Proposal Team across multiple departments to win multi‑million‑dollar bids.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years’ experience, and bilingual English/French communication. Relocation may be provided; remote work is considered, with Quebec language needs for local colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Technical related degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales/proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders/proposals to customers and manage the process through signature.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, project management, manufacturing, procurement and engineering.
• Interface with customers and negotiate terms during bid phase and launch.
• Prepare financial and risk analyses and win strategies for bids.
• Ensure documentation and ISO/IRIS compliance for bids.
