Ledcor is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and support high-profile pursuits in Edmonton or Calgary. You will manage EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring brand alignment and compliant submissions under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in proposals, marketing, or project coordination/management.
• 3+ years writing and coordinating complex proposals.
• Proven ability to lead high-profile proposals in construction, incl. private/public procurement and alternative delivery models.
• Strong background in business development and marketing within the AEC sector.
• Capable of managing multiple proposals with deadlines and prioritization.
• Deep understanding of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, compliance standards and scoring strategies.
• Advanced writing and editing to produce client-focused content under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for branded proposals.
• Experience using SharePoint, Box, Jungle Docs, Salesforce, Empower, and Teams.
• Mentorship and onboarding support to juniors; build cross-functional relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the full proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring compliance with Ledcor’s standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with project goals and win themes.
• Conduct compliance reviews and contribute expertise in messaging, content planning, and narrative development.
• Tailor proposal content to client needs and evaluation criteria from strategy sessions.
• Mentor and support proposal team members; provide training and onboarding.
• Lead or support high-profile pursuits with content review, feedback, and quality control.
• Maintain and enhance the proposal content library for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Drive process improvements by refining tools and templates with Marketing and Technology.
• Analyze outcomes and share lessons learned across the team; facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
