Job summary

Private Pension Partners Realty Services Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential portfolio. You will manage leasing strategies, coordinate maintenance, and lead property staff under the Director, Property Management.

Qualifications include 5+ years as a property manager, strong English communication, and familiarity with Yardi; CPM designation is preferred. CPMs and experienced leaders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a property manager or similar role.
• Experience in managing personnel and coordinating maintenance teams.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software; CPM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and vendor services to meet budgets.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and financial statements.
• Serve as main contact for tenants and ensure timely resolutions to issues.
