GWL Realty Advisors is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead strategic operations for a premier Class A office portfolio in Toronto. You will manage daily property operations, build strong partnerships with ownership and tenants, and align facilities management with business objectives to enhance occupant experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive commercial office property management experience.
• Experience managing Class A office assets.
• Strong financial acumen with operating budgets, capital budgets, forecasting and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned Class A office properties.
• Build trusted relationships with ownership, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee capital projects, tenant improvements and building upgrades.
• Develop service standards and ensure a best-in-class tenant experience.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, Sustainability and Technical Services teams.
