Your New Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee an industrial portfolio on behalf of a highly regarded institutional client, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, financial performance, tenant relations, capital projects, lease administration, and overall portfolio management.

Working closely with internal teams, tenants, vendors, contractors, accounting, and administrative staff, you will ensure the portfolio operates efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You will also provide leadership to building operations staff and Property Administrators, supporting strong communication and consistent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include preparing annual operating and capital budgets, completing monthly variance reporting, overseeing operating cost reconciliations, managing capital and repair projects, coordinating tenant improvement work, ensuring accurate invoicing and rent collection, and maintaining clear and timely communication and reporting with the client.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 8–10 years of experience in commercial property management, and hold a valid and active rental property management licence with BCFSA. Experience managing high-quality commercial or industrial portfolios and working with sophisticated institutional real estate platforms will be highly valued.

Beyond the technical experience, you are a strong communicator and relationship builder who works effectively with tenants, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. You bring sound judgement, strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to stay composed while managing competing priorities.
