Foresight Recruitment Group is guiding a premier commercial real estate firm in downtown Vancouver in recruiting an experienced Property Manager. The role covers roughly 500,000 square feet across a mixed portfolio, with primary properties on the North Shore and a hybrid work setup (three days in the office).

Our client is a large and highly regarded commercial real estate management company with an extensive portfolio across British Columbia. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their downtown Vancouver team and oversee a mixed commercial portfolio located primarily on the North Shore.
You will be responsible for approximately 500,000 square feet across a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. Working closely with an experienced team of Building Operators and sharing the support of a Property Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day management and financial performance of the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include client and tenant engagement, budgeting and financial reporting, property inspections, maintenance oversight, capital projects, compliance and coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
Building strong client relationships, developing detailed knowledge of the properties and integrating effectively with the wider property management team will be key priorities in this role.
This is a hybrid position based from the company's downtown Vancouver office, with an official expectation of three days per week in the office. Regular travel to the North Shore portfolio will be required.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous commercial property management experience overseeing a mixed portfolio. As this is a third-party property management position, a valid BC Property Management license is required.
You will be a strong communicator with proven client and tenant relationship skills, sound financial knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, administration and other internal teams.
You will receive a base salary of $95,000-$115,000, plus a bonus of up to 10%, three weeks' vacation and eight sick days, including three personal days.
