Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Edmonton, who are presently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join the team and oversee their residential portfolio in downtown Edmonton.

Your new role

As the Senior Property Manager, you will report to the Assistant Vice President, Asset Management or Asset Manager. Your responsibilities include managing the day-to-day administrative functions for the property operations of the assigned residential portfolios, ensuring adherence to budgets, and promoting positive resident relations. You will be responsible for leasing, reviewing and approving lease agreements, and being available on call for emergencies.

What you'll need to succeed

• CPM designation is an asset

• Experience with Yardi is an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
