Role Description

Our Property Managers oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, and planning at our residential lifestyle properties. They serve as ambassadors of the Parkbridge brand and are central to our communities' success. Responsibilities include customer service, managing budgets, personnel management, resident and retailer relations, community enhancement, and other property management duties.

What You Bring

Solid people management experience, preferably in property management, hotel/resort experience considered. Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to change.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations

• Train staff in delivering exceptional customer service
• Build brand recognition through service quality
• Ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for residents and staff
• Conduct regular property tours
• Address customer complaints promptly and personally
• Collaborate with HR, H&S, Finance, IT, and other departments

Personnel Management

• Develop and maintain a staff team (1-5 employees)
• Lead and supervise community staff including R&M, Admin
• Hire, train, and oversee staff
• Ensure adherence to company procedures
• Manage labor costs effectively

Community Operations

• Foster a customer-friendly business environment
• Lead by example and promote teamwork
• Enhance operational effectiveness and profitability
• Hire staff to improve customer experience and image
• Support management policies and attend regional meetings
• Maintain positive relationships with partners

Financial Management

• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets
• Track financial transactions
• Oversee employee timekeeping and payroll
• Provide timely, accurate reports
• Procure goods and services per protocols
• Implement and achieve financial and business plans

Health and Safety

• Ensure activities are conducted safely and responsibly
• Maintain community facilities in safe condition
• Report unsafe operations promptly
• Ensure staff are trained in safety procedures
