Our growing team is seeking a dedicated professional to support our core Corporate and Property accounting functions, including Payroll, Intercompany transactions, systems development, and full utilization of Yardi Voyager 7S / Elevate. 1. You have at least two years of full-cycle accounting experience and two years in property accounting.
2. You excel at variance analysis, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation, with solid working knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S/Elevate and advanced Excel functions.

4. Having been through an ERP migration and financial systems transformation, you understand what it takes to enhance efficiency and scale systems for growth.
5. Bring a solid understanding of Intercompany transactions.
6. You are analytical, relentless, and committed to quarterly goal-setting processes and feedback loops.
7. You are growth-minded and receptive to learning and development.
8. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities and variables.
9. You have earned a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Once you’re here, you’ll:

1. Have strong experience in accounting roles, with genuine enthusiasm for real estate accounting, finance, and some project accounting experience.
2. Execute full cycle accounting, including Intercompany transactions, and maximize the functionality of Yardi Voyager 7S.
3. Deliver reliable data management from Payroll, monthly charges, AP, to month-end journal entries and financial statements.
4. Be curious, helpful, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
5. Maintain excellent communication and data management skills, with clear delivery of important details and proactive anticipation of needs.
