Job summary

The Construction Planner/Scheduler will support project teams by developing, updating, and monitoring schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and industry standards. The role requires strong coordination with operations and a focus on timely delivery across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Planner/Scheduler.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 with WBS and coding.
• Knowledge of schedule quality audits and 4D scheduling software an asset.
• Scheduling certification is an asset.
• Bilingualism: English required; French an asset.
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop complex schedules for major projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Promote standard scheduling practices across projects.
• Prepare weekly or on-demand progress reports and CPI/SPI indicators.
• Integrate information for detailed tracking of project execution.
• Coordinate planning activities with team members and operations.
