Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. in Canada seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale high voltage transmission and linear infrastructure projects from development through construction and closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, regulators, and Indigenous communities to ensure safe, on-time delivery and compliant results. This role requires travel to project sites and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in utilities, transmission, or linear infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from development through closeout.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting activities.
• Oversee governance, risk, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Build relationships with regulators, utilities, landowners, and Indigenous partners.
