Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Montreal with a strong track record in managing complex software implementation projects across the Americas. The role requires coordinating schedules, managing risks, and mentoring junior PMs, with travel to customer sites and company offices globally.

The position operates in a hybrid Montreal environment and reports to the Senior Manager of Implementation.

Qualifications

10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years project management experience.
5+ years of customer / client facing experience.
Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

Project Management and Program Management: apply PM practices to deliver project goals.
Schedule Management: create and maintain project/program schedules with milestones and dependencies.
Cross Functional Leadership: lead with other departments and vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Issue / Risk Management: identify risks and issues and implement mitigations.
Scope: keep projects aligned with objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Communication Management: convey information clearly to stakeholders.
Change Management: follow change control for scope and billing.
