Ledcor seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale powerline construction projects across Western Canada. You will lead day-to-day operations, estimate new projects, and develop execution strategies while coordinating resources to meet schedule and budget targets.

Responsibilities include managing safety programs, subcontractor selections, bid packages, and project cost tracking. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of related work experience in powerline/utility construction project management.
• 3+ years estimating powerline construction projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related field an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations for complex projects.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Manage project finances including forecasts and billings.
