Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, help estimate new projects, and assist in executing large powerline construction projects across Western Canada.

You will coordinate resources, support scheduling, and ensure safety and quality control in collaboration with the project team and subcontractors. This office-based role becomes on-site when projects are confirmed, with travel across Western Canada and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada (camp or outdoor work).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read construction documents; proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ledcor safety program on project sites.
• Assist in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations for complex projects.
• Set up project documents, cost accounting, and filing systems.
• Prepare correspondence, minutes, and track milestones and deadlines.
• Support subcontract management and RFI processes.
• Create and update project schedules, review with Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Assist with procurement of materials and equipment; organize project close-out.
