Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. You will lead end-to-end delivery for external clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Reporting to the Director, Project Management, you will coach project managers, conduct risk reviews, and help build project management capacity across our national disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering/environmental/planning consulting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on high-risk projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and project dashboards.
• PMP designation is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex external client projects.
• Manage cross-discipline project teams and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Communicate with client leadership, manage scope changes, and build high-trust partnerships.
• Mitigate risk and monitor budgets to protect margins.
