Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management, this role is central to our mission of continually improving project performance and building project management capacity across our national disciplines.

Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation is a strong asset.
Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of how professional services firms operate including pricing and winning work, project delivery, billing and payment, resource management, and project financial reporting.
Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex project performance data clearly and facilitate difficult conversations regarding project health.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify trends across disciplines and develop systemic solutions to improve project delivery efficiency.
Experience 10+ years of experience in project management within the engineering, environmental, or planning consulting industry. Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and high‑risk/complex projects using a variety of project management tools.
Experience in project turnaround or providing support to troubled projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with financial management systems (ERP) and project performance dashboards.
Experience challenging existing project delivery processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
