Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The role focuses on leadership of complex projects for external clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering value within scope, schedule, and budget.

The position offers hybrid work options across multiple offices. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management within engineering, environmental, or planning consulting, and comfort with ERP systems and dashboards

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field.
PMP designation is a strong asset.
Deep understanding of professional services pricing, delivery, and financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication for complex project data.
Experience guiding project teams and improving delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects for external clients.
Manage cross-disciplinary project teams and align workflows to maintain momentum.
Serve as the main client contact, providing clear, proactive updates and handling scope changes.
Identify and manage project risks and maintain accurate budget forecasts to protect margins.
Provide mentorship to project managers to grow capabilities on high-complexity projects.
