Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing in Edmonton is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large ICI construction projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will mentor PMs, coordinate with clients and consultants, and own the delivery outcomes.

The successful candidate has 8+ years in senior PM roles within ICI, a track record of delivering large commercial or institutional projects, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressively senior project management roles within ICI construction.
• Track record of running large commercial or institutional projects from start to finish.
• Sharp with numbers: budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Natural at managing up, down, and across a project team.
• Gold Seal certification is a plus

About the Opportunity

An Alberta-based general contractor with a full slate of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) work is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the wheel on some of their larger Edmonton-area builds.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to be handed a playbook. You'll be expected to bring your own systems, mentor the PMs and Coordinators underneath you, and own the outcome.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Own project delivery end-to-end, from early preconstruction planning through warranty close-out

About the Job

This is a permanent role with a base salary in the $135,000 to $175,000 range depending on experience and project scale, plus a bonus program, benefits, and a genuine path to grow within the organization.
