Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and project teams while driving operational excellence.
• Develop and oversee project execution strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource planning, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead contract administration, negotiations, change management, and executive-level project reporting.
