Job summary

Drake International Inc. in Edmonton seeks a Project Manager for Commercial and Institutional Construction to lead projects from planning through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project performance while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and continuous value delivery for our clients across healthcare, education and defence sectors.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial, institutional, or public-sector construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a collaborative approach.
