A leading brand design agency in Toronto seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and execution of multiple projects. Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful management and execution of multiple projects simultaneously and cross-functional workflows within Marks, ensuring that timelines, budgets, margin and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires a deep understanding of project management best practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to guide complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, copywriters, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, providing updates on timelines, deliverables, and any potential risks.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them.
Contribute to the refinement of project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

This role is designed for an experienced project management professional with a passion for driving projects to successful completion and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in project management within a creative or design agency setting.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
