About the Role

Our client, a leading mining corporation, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of advanced technology solutions within their operations. This role is based in **Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA**, and is critical for driving innovation and efficiency in the mining sector. You will manage projects related to automation, data analytics, and operational technology (OT) aimed at enhancing safety, productivity, and resource management. This **Project Management** position requires a blend of technical understanding and strong leadership within a demanding operational environment. The role is office-based, allowing for close engagement with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects within mining operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams comprising engineers, IT specialists, geologists, and operational personnel.
• Oversee the implementation of automation systems, sensor networks, and data analytics platforms in mining environments.
