Qualifications

You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and planning through to execution and closure, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of significant mining projects, including infrastructure development, equipment upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, establishing clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations in all project activities.
• Oversee project budgets, managing costs and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including site personnel and senior management.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements
