Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in mining or heavy industry operations.
• Experience in process optimization, operational analysis, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and mineral processing technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with mining software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage specific operational processes within the mining and processing facilities.
• Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.
