Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Customer & Billing Projects for a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid with three days in-office at Calgary or Edmonton.

You will lead North of 60 Billing Projects, aligning technology with business operations to improve billing processes and deliver measurable value. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate with OCM, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading IT and operational enhancement projects.
• Experience with Customer Billing & Financial Systems.
• Proven ability to deliver using Agile or iterative methods.
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
• Experience with OCM for system and process changes.
• Familiarity with IFRS and project financial activities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead the North of 60 Billing Projects aimed at enhancing the billing systems for companies in the Northwest Territories. The focus is on aligning technology with business operations to deliver value and improve billing processes.

Senior Project Manager – Customer & Billing Projects – Responsibilities:
