Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Engineering Risk Assessment (ERA) program for a 12-month engagement in Alberta. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

You will drive full lifecycle delivery, coordinate with OCM and executives, and manage risks, changes, and procurement activities. Strong governance, communication, and vendor management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience across technology programs.
• Expertise in creating detailed project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Risk management expertise (identification, mitigation, resolution).
• Experience managing vendor contracts and SOWs.
• Familiarity with IT governance and structured delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives and operational needs.
• Work closely with the OCM Lead to design and execute change management strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong credibility with executives, steering committees, and frontline teams.
• Present project updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with technical teams, OCM, and business stakeholders to execute project deliverables effectively.
