Job summary

Postmedia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional initiatives across IT, fintech, and operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to meet timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive PM experience, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and PMP preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive project and program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors across IT, Finance, Product, Editorial, Operations, Sales, Marketing.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards.
• Create project documentation: scope, requirements, milestones, decisions, and design.
• Monitor risks, issues, and mitigation plans; report to senior leaders.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and improve PMO practices.
• Deliver data-driven insights to improve client service and decision-making.
