Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology and business projects in the banking/financial services domain. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables within a banking environment.

Location is Toronto, ON with a Hybrid model (4 days onsite). You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.


• Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.


• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.


• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.


• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate governance and approvals.


• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive‑level communications.


• Ensure projects follow organizational governance, risk, compliance, and banking standards.


• Support testing, implementation, production rollout, and post‑implementation activities.


• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
