Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role based in Toronto, Vancouver or Montreal. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction, and close-out, coordinating budgets, schedules, and client reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in project management on fit-out projects, with strong stakeholder engagement and financial acumen. Travel to sites as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience on construction and fit-out projects.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, and/or corporate office fit-out projects is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, procurement, construction, and close-out workstreams across projects.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules and delivery strategies with stakeholders.
• Set up meetings, record minutes, track actions, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and provide status reports to client stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, contracts and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
