Job summary

Mammoet seeks a Project Manager in Puslinch, Ontario to lead heavy lifting and transport projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate planning, budgets, and resources while guiding cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years PM experience in heavy lifting or industrial sectors, and PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in heavy lifting, construction, or industrial sectors.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for heavy lifting and transport operations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet scope and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team.
