You will lead projects that will evolve, innovate and scale our People programming for employees globally. Your knowledge of project management, combined with your strategic thinking, strong partnership and communication skills will empower you to manage an efficient end‑to‑end process and deliver exceptional results.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team

The Global People & Culture Enablement and Experience team leads business management, project management, employee experiences and events. Through thoughtful experiences, impactful meetings, meaningful interactions, and activations in our spaces, we create the conditions for teams and the business to thrive.

This team is the conduit between People & Culture experiences, programs and projects, and our cross‑functional partners—enabling growth, scaling our capabilities and activating our culture to achieve our business goals. We create and implement standard operating principles to ensure consistent experience for our global and regional employees. We work in close partnership with our cross‑functional partners within People & Culture, and across the organization.

Core Activities
  • Lead the planning and execution of all assigned projects across workstreams such as Employer Branding, Total Rewards, Strategic Initiatives, People Enablement, policy creation and optimization, and more; ensuring they are delivered on‑time, on‑budget and in line with our standard operating principles.
  • Support the innovation and optimization of project team SOPs, operational processes, tools, and workflows within the People Projects team to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a prioritized outline of projects, milestones, action items and status reports for all assigned projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought partnership to Program Owners and Project Teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners across retail and within the organization.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project partners, including cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure visibility, engagement and ongoing alignment.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project documentation is well‑documented, current and complete.
Future Projects
  • Lead larger‑scale projects and new initiatives as part of our longer‑term roadmap.
  • Work with the Americas and the global People and Culture team members on broader initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in complex and strategic Project Management, and ideally a degree or diploma in project management.
  • Relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide insights and guide work across the department and business.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint design and visual storytelling capability; consistently produce polished, high‑impact presentations that support decision making and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience in People and Culture (Human Resources) related programming such as learning & development, total rewards, people analytics, talent management, systems and/or operations programs in a global business landscape.
  • Ability to influence and guide without direct control.
  • Proficiency in creating, organizing and leading efficient and effective workflow and project plans.
  • Advanced experience using project management platforms and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Proficient in budget management, financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment to drive results.
  • Find simple, scalable solutions for complex problems and develop others to do the same.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and lead change through others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development.
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • Passion for work and the outdoors.
