Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, strong budgeting and timeline skills, and leadership to supervise teams, including tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering/architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years direct project accountability experience in engineering/construction.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience; 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets and master timelines for each project phase.
• Coordinate project reports and drawings through design development and construction.
• Assist in selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; discuss costs with client and property management.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, codes and safety regulations.
• Report progress and recommendations to management.
