Job summary

PMI-SAC in Calgary seeks an experienced Project/Site Manager to oversee a commercial medical building project from inception to completion. You will coordinate all construction activities, lead diverse teams, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and serve as the primary client and contractor liaison.

Responsibilities include developing plans, reviewing drawings, managing schedules and costs, enforcing safety, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Job Summary

Project/Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project/Site Manager to oversee a construction project for a commercial medical building from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in construction management software and technical schematics. The Project/Site Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not required.
