Job summary

Pollard Digital Solutions, a division of Pollard Banknote, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT Digital and iLottery initiatives from our Winnipeg office. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with external providers, and ensure milestones, security, compliance and quality.

The role requires strong governance, proactive risk management, and excellent communication with executives, customers and project teams. Hybrid work model with on-site collaboration in Winnipeg.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, customer-facing Digital and iLottery initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time while meeting key milestones and deadlines and uphold ing the high est standards of quality and performance.

What You'll Do

• E nd-to-end project management for complex IT Digital and iLottery initiatives, from concept to delivery and successful closure , meeting security, compliance and quality standards.
• Support other programs and projects with dependencies on IT Digital and iLottery by leading assigned workstreams and with effective reporting to other program managers as required
• Successfully deliver multiple projects meeting requirements, deadlines, and quality standards within budget constraints.
• Ensure effective oversight of 3 rd party service providers by developing and maintaining strong rel ationships , establishing clear communication channels, and facilitating regular updates to preemptively address potential issues and delays.
• P rovide comprehensive project reporting for internal and external stakeholders .
• Foster effective communication among diverse and global team s to achieve project objectives.
  
• Skillfully manage priorities, adapt to changes, and meet stakeholder expectations.
  
• Demonstrate expertise in risk management and proactively plan for risk mitigation.
  
• Handle issues expertly, identifying and resolving challenges.
  
• Manage project plans and dependencies across internal stakeholder groups and external customers.
