Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited in Winnipeg seeks an Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will be the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, translating customer specifications into product requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, reflect them in specs, and respond promptly to requests.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years in administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate customers' requirements into specs.
  • Prepare accurate customer specifications and artwork approvals.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer requests.
  • Coordinate on-time preparation and approvals of artwork and proofs.
  • Represent the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
  • Build and maintain relationships to grow lottery business.
  • Contribute to product marketing strategies for customers.
  • Serve as client contact for daily project management.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Winnipeg!

The Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

What You'll Do
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of customers' requirements
  • Ensuring customer specifications accurately reflect the customers' requirements
  • Ensuring timely responses to customer requests
  • Ensuring timely, error‑free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specifications, Kodak proofs etc. to keep game orders on schedule.
  • Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
  • Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries
  • Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers.
  • Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence

What You’ll Bring
  • Post‑Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset.
