Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Digital, to lead end-to-end IT Digital and iLottery initiatives from concept through delivery. You will work in our Winnipeg office, coordinating global teams and third-party partners to meet security, compliance and quality standards.

In this hybrid role, you will report to the PMO, drive milestones, provide clear status updates, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for complex IT Digital and iLottery initiatives, from concept to delivery and successful closure, meeting security, compliance and quality standards.
• Support other programs and projects with dependencies on IT Digital and iLottery by leading assigned workstreams and with effective reporting to other program managers as required
• Successfully deliver multiple projects meeting requirements, deadlines, and quality standards within budget constraints.
• Ensure effective oversight of 3rd party service providers by developing and maintaining strong relationships, establishing clear communication channels, and facilitating regular updates to preemptively address potential issues and delays.
• Provide comprehensive project reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication among diverse and global teams to achieve project objectives.
• Skillfully manage priorities, adapt to changes, and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrate expertise in risk management and proactively plan for risk mitigation.
• Handle issues expertly, identifying and resolving challenges.
• Manage project plans and dependencies across internal stakeholder groups and external customers.
• Continuously improve delivery processes to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate proactively with fellow Project Managers to exchange ideas and drive improvements across the enterprise.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, customer-facing Digital and iLottery initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time while meeting key milestones and deadlines and upholding the highest standards of quality and performance.
